GPS L2 locator

The system is designed to monitor, record and transmit real-time information on the position, speed and selected signals and parameters of the locomotive. The types of signals recorded by the device are: "Main AC switch is on" and "DC high-speed switch is on".

 

The type L2 GPS controller has passed the EMC test accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle.

GPS L2 locator

ET-GPS-GSM SMOK L2 controller – is used to determine, using the GPS system, the position of the railway vehicle in which it is installed.

 

The locomotives are covered by the digital network of the GSM mobile phone operator in the Republic of Poland and in the countries of the European Economic Area.

Dual antenna

The locator uses a dual-band GPS/GSM multiband antenna, dedicated to railway vehicles, together with an LNA GNSS low-noise amplifier. The devices comply with the requirements according to EN 50155 and EN 45545.
