As an operator of waste collection and management services, RESPONO a.s. faced the need to improve operational efficiency and enhance the quality of collected waste data records.
The objective was to implement a system that would:
enable automatic RFID data reading,
provide dynamic waste weighing without downtime,
identify containers using camera systems,
integrate all data within a single platform.
Solution
At RESPONO a.s., we implemented a set of advanced systems operating in full integration, with all collected data clearly presented within the ICHI System platform.
- Automatic RFID identification
Each bin and container was equipped with an RFID tag. During collection, the system automatically reads information about the object, time, and location of the event, transmitting it to the ICHI System without manual intervention.
- Dynamic waste weighing system
The weighing system measures waste mass in real time during container lifting. The collected data is automatically sent to the ICHI System platform, where it can be monitored and analyzed.
- Container identification using PLUM codes
A camera system combined with image analysis enabled the integration of PLUM technology:- cameras detect containers,
advanced image analysis reads unique container codes,
identification and historical tracking of objects occur automatically.
- ICHI System platform – all data in one place
The ICHI System platform collects all equipment data in a single location. It presents the information in a clear and user-friendly way, enabling real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis, significantly improving waste collection process management.
