Automatic RFID/LT reader
The RFID reader first reads the tags and identifies the bins. Then, it sends the data to the system.
This information, including time stamps, GPS location, and other data collected from devices installed on the vehicle, feeds directly into the subsequent analytical process.
Additionally, the reader transmits data recorded from the vehicle superstructure, such as the position of the lifter and the tailgate.
Automatic RFID/UHF reader
The UHF reader is a key component of the automatic UHF identification system, which identifies containers during both placement and collection from customers.
Moreover, the reader and the long-range integrated UHF antenna are combined into a single, compact housing.
Using the RFID/UHF transponder, the reader successfully identifies each container.
RFID HDX Antenna
The Long Range HDX (half-duplex) antenna is used when transponders need to be read from a bigger distance – due to construction of the lifter or the bin.
Type of antenna is designed to read both HDX Bin Tag and Long Range/On metal HDX Tag.
In order to be able to mount antennas on all types of vehicles, we offer antennas of different sizes.
RFID FDX/HDX Antenna
The universal antenna receives data from bin tags, which are mounted in a standard slot on the bin flange. As a result, it allows bins of different sizes to be read on both rear and side loaders.
Specifically, the antenna reads RFID tags equipped with air coils and ferrite cores. These tags come in various types and frequencies, including FDX-B BDE (EN14803) bin tags, FDX-A (Unique), and HDX BDE (EN14803) bin tags.
RFID Unique Antenna
A long-range antenna primarily designed for customers using other suppliers’ formerly used transponders in the Unique standard. The antenna uniquely has a large reading field, which is important especially when the distribution of transponders is different in individual containers, e.g. according to their types.
RFID Antenna Cable
To ensure long-lasting operation and reliability, the use of high-quality cables is essential. We offer cable dedicated for connection the Long range HDX antennas and universal comb antennas. Assembly is carried out using high-quality hermetic connectors.
