The fair showed the trends prevailing in the mobile services industry, such as:
– unified communication and the tendency to increase the number of communication channels
– UCaaS, Contact Center as a Service and CPaaS are growing significantly
– an increase in services that help enterprises in the areas of compliance, security, management, ransomware and risk mitigation.
